Nutrition Talks
We believe it’s important to teach athletes the benefits of nutrient rich food and how to support the body during times of stress. Knowing how to fuel and listen to the body is great knowledge to have. Every talk will focus on a new topic to benefit the athletes during training, the regular season, play offs and off-season body support.
